Organization
The Center for Molecular and Clinical Immunology (CMCI) is a research center affiliated with the College of Medicine, Chang Gung University. At present, the center staff is composed of one director, three research fellows, and three research assistants. The center has two major units, the core laboratory and the research platform, which provide the implementation of the central research project and related collaborative research projects. The core laboratory is classified into a common laboratory, a nanomaterials laboratory, and a genetically-transferred mouse core facility based on function and characteristics. According to the direction of the research content, the research platform is classified as an inflammasome research platform and a research platform for Chinese herbal medicine induced inflammatory reaction. The center conducts research and provides services based on the two major units of the core laboratory and research platform.
